Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 26, 2026

Wallace Law Firm, PC (“we,” “our,” or the “firm”) operates this website (the “Site”) at lawyersauce.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

  • Information you provide. When you submit a contact form, schedule a consultation, or email the firm, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, location, and a description of your legal matter. You decide what to share.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps. This is collected through standard server logs and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential representation;
  • Run a conflict-of-interest check before discussing your matter in detail;
  • Provide legal services if we enter into an engagement;
  • Improve the Site, understand how visitors use it, and troubleshoot technical issues;
  • Comply with applicable law and professional obligations.

Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. We use Vercel Analytics to understand traffic and improve performance. These tools may collect aggregated, non-identifying information such as page views, time on page, country, and device. You can block cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still work, but some features may behave differently.

Confidentiality of Inquiries

We take confidentiality seriously. However, until an attorney-client relationship is established through a signed engagement agreement, information you submit through the Site is not protected by the attorney-client privilege. Please do not send confidential or sensitive details through the contact form or by email before that relationship is established. See our Disclaimer for more.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate the Site or the firm (such as hosting, email, and analytics), under confidentiality obligations;
  • When required by law, court order, subpoena, or the rules of professional conduct;
  • With your express consent — for example, when you ask us to refer your matter to another attorney.

Data Retention

We retain information you submit only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our professional obligations, and as required by applicable law. Inquiry information for matters we do not take on is retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.

Your Choices

You can choose not to submit information through the Site. If you have submitted information and want a copy, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email david@lawyersauce.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to our professional obligations to retain certain records.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
